Thank you for your interest in this free health coaching program! This is a unique opportunity for young adults (or anyone at all) who are ready to care for their mental, physical, and spiritual health in real, everyday ways—all in a safe and supportive space.

As part of my training in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching at the University of Minnesota, I’m offering free one-on-one coaching sessions to help you get unstuck, stay accountable, and move toward the version of yourself you know you're capable of becoming. We’ll work together to find a session schedule and rhythm that works well for you.
